Kicks was created (circa 2009) in Syracuse, NY by Paul Schoeneck Jr. (based on this photograph, taken by his Uncle Tom). The name Kicks comes from the high leg kick Paul had, while pitching in the game of baseball.
What started as a logo for himself, became an inspiration to take photos of other athletes, making them into silhouetted logos and printing their logos on to clothing, a unique concept, only done by Kicks Clothing. Kicks highlights all athletes, working on custom logos for all sports.
Expanding out of the family basement in 2011, Paul took Kicks full time, and has never looked back. Kicks continues to grow throughout the Syracuse, NY area, as well as nationally.... As of 2020, Kicks has shipped to all 50 US states.
